OK .. here goes. I have been trying to subscribe to foxyangel for the past three days. Tried two different valid credit cards plus one valid debit card. All three with both ccbill and paycom. One credit card (MC) is issued by a British bank. The other, together with the debit card are issued here in Malta by HSBC ... nine attempts over the past three days have proved totally useless :Birdd:

Odd thing is .. I have successfully used one of said credit cards with ccbill in the past .. don't they keep records for heavens sake ?

One wonders how many other genuine potential subscribers there have been, who didn't bother resorting to posting their problem(s) here.

Have e-mailed Foxy personally with this errr hopefully hiccup

Regards from Malta

PS .. You recently attempted to subscribe to http://foxy-angel.com/tour/.
Unfortunately, we were unable to process your transaction at this time for the following reason:
We currently do not process for your banks bin.
HSBC ? really ?

What CCBill and Paycom does is beyond our control.

You need to call either CCBill or Paycom and find out why they will not approve your card.

Appreciate your quick reply Cleo. Understand too that the two billing companies are laws unto themselves. Still strikes me as rather odd that ccbilling don't procees (BIN) HSBC.. .. not exactly the worlds smallest bank

As for actually calling them (telecom) from here in little old Malta - you serious .. LOL .. all I wish to do is become a legit subscriber to Foxyangel .. it may be easier .. quicker .. if I were to send a cheque directly to Foxy.

Really Cleo the mind boggles on this one, and still begs the question .. how many genuine potential subscribers have been down the same road ?

Anyway thanks again for the feed back. Will have to re-register with another site, u***g PayPal :shakehand

Our Internet Customer Support Center has received your inquiry. Do you have any

Your firewall would prevent your IP address although your IP address is showing when you post to this board. (only Foxy and myself can see IPs on the board)

The same with cookies although this would also cause issues with Foxy's board. So it would appear that cookies aren't an issue

I have a test page on my server if you would like to test if your browser is hiding IPs or not accepting cookies.

Cleo .. again thanks for your input. Let me assure you the problem isn't related to my computer settings. I moderate /admin on a number of boards. Advise on systems security. And no I don't use Norton .. or AOL :joker:

The problem rests with the two billing companies automated systems. Paycom also has a problem with their registration page here at foxyangels link. The zip / post code window has to be filled in,in order for metal micky to authorize the transaction. Problem is there are numerous countries in the pop up window that do not have zip / post codes :buh:

Hope we (I) can eventually win my case

This site relies on donations. To the best of my knowledge has had very few problems with cc transactions TECHGUY (http://forums.techguy.org/)
