Seems I have the same problem some other people are having. The videos actually load, but although it reads 'playing' i have no video feed......can anyone lend a hand. Angel, you can't tease me like this....
What speed are your connected to the internet?
The movies are huge files so you need to be on broadband.
If you are on broadband then try reinstalling Windows Media Player or QuickTime, whichever you use.

To be honest Cleo, i'm on a DSL, not exactly sure whatthe speed is but i have watched movies before.
Secondly, how can i use quicktime? when i click on the movie that I want to watch, windows media player automatically pops up.
Thank you for such a quick a response, I really do appreciate your help with this problem.
I didn't know what OS you are u***g so that is why I mentioned QuickTime.
Do you have Norton Firewall or something like that installed? If you have something blocking your referral info the site's security will block the movie from playing.
The movies have been tested in Windows XP and Mac OS X and do play just fine u***g either WMP or QuickTime.
As long as you are on a fast connection they should play. Sorry I can't be of more help but I really don't know what else to tell you.
Also out of the close to 2000 members that Angel has we have gotten almost no complaints ***ce I re-rendered the movies u***g FCP's Compressor.

Unfortunately I am not on broadband so the large size of the videos will mean I shall not get much chance of seeing them - I prefered to have a number of shorter clips so I could download 2 or 3 one day and maybe 2 or 3 the next - I dont normally have time for anything longer - is there any chance of shorter cipls again?
