Hey All,

I don't know about the rest of you, but I'm having problems with the vids. They play fine for the first five seconds, and then it's like watching a slide-show with sound. The pics seem blurry as well. I'm u***g Windows XP for home if this makes a difference.

It seems that the large size is too big for some PCs to play properly. :(

We are now working on doing all of them in 3 sizes so everyone should be happy. :)

It may take up to a month for us to re-RIP everything and get everything up and linked in 3 sizes but we are already working on it.

it's not the size of the files, it's something else. I have no problem playing other 100-300meg files u***g windows media player. best guess is it's the settings you used in the software to create the videos. The opnly one that seems to work fine is the 'special' jail one. check what settings you used for that one and then make sure you are u***g the same settings for the rest. don't waste your time splitting up the videos, it's not going to fix the problem.

So you are saying that none of the sizes of the latest clips where Angel is doing a guy on a staircase does not work for you? :confus:

I thought for sure having the clips in 3 sizes would work for everyone. :banghead:

If this is the case it may be time to find someone new to edit the videos or maybe bring it in house u***g Final Cut Pro (http://www.apple.com/productionsuite/). Actually if we started doing it ourselves we could get the videos out faster as right now we have a bunch of stuff just waiting for the video dude to finish.

Hmmm… learning Final Cut and then teaching it to Angel, I need to give up sleeping or something. :wobblyeye

Sorry Cleo. I think the previous poster is correct. The vids cut into sizes (or the one of Foxy hammering the guy on the stairs) still stalls during play. I'm u***g a pretty fast machne to view these, both stream and downloaded and it does the same thing. Looks like video editing is in your future after all.

Other than that, the site looks great. Good luck getting it sorted out.

Yes... The vids still do not download at all. For me they hit the 30 second mark and they freeze with sound still playing.

I have been trying to cancel the recurring billing to no avail. When I click on teh Ibill it tells me they have no record of my transaction. I am certain of the credit card I used for this site. Please help. Thanks. Obscuredbyclouds21@hotmail.com

Hi Scout are you sure its Ibill? there is no longer any Ibill. I thought all the clients signed up through Ibill had all cancelled or transferred to ccbill. email me your ibill subscription number and I will take care of the for you. sorry for the inconvenience.

as for the video clips. I truly thought the 3 different sizes would resolve that issue. I am hearing that it is not the answer. thank you all for your post. that does indeed help us. we do want to have the videos corrected ASAP. Im going to order that Final cut pro that Cleo suggested and hope that we can figure out this on our own. I hope this will finally be the answer to my video prayers. We'll get it right soon guys and it will all come together. Cleo is a very smart woman and I have no doubt that she will master that program in no time and hope its possible that I myself can learn it as well. I cant wait to move on with the new vids you havent seen yet.
